Repair and Troubleshooting Services

At S&H Systems, we are committed to providing our clients with fast and accurate repair service.

We have certified Control Engineers and Mechanical Technicians ready to assist your team with any repairs needed. Additionally, we are trained to identify problems with conveyor equipment and components and issues with specialty equipment.

If you don't need onsite service, our Controls Engineers can speak with your maintenance team to work through issues and help resolve any problems. PC/PLC troubleshooting and fixes can occur via remote VPN access for control/programming-related issues.

We are prepared to respond immediately when your system is down through a tiered response system.

Preventative Maintenance

Preventing breakdowns of your conveyor system should be the most important goal of your maintenance program. We offer preventative maintenance agreements to help you reduce the risk of costly downtime. After the PM is completed, we will review our report with you to identify any problems or deficiencies.  Our team will work with you to determine the maintenance program that is right for you!  Our goal is to be your partner and keep your system running as efficiently as possible.

Reconditioning

It is not always necessary to remove older equipment from a previous investment and completely replace it with a new system.

Our experts at S&H Systems will provide a technical assessment of your equipment. Your equipment, after reconditioning, can be reused to further enhance its return on original investment. Our team will work with clients to recondition and reuse existing equipment.

Parts Services & Warranty

Parts Services

Parts Services:  Our professional team of parts experts is here to assist you with your needs and requirements.  We have access across multiple OEM’s to provide our clients with expedited shipping to get you the parts you need when you need them.

When you purchase a system from us, you will receive a maintenance manual and a spare parts list at the completion of the project. Also, we offer a Parts Put Away option where we will send our team to your site to identify and help you store your parts in your designated location.
